Samina Malik condemned for writing resistance poetry

Samina Malik was convicted by a jury selected from a British public whose mind has been indoctrinated and poisoned against Muslims and Islam by a Zionist-controlled and pro-Israel media, and from which public people have also been selected and sent to kill Muslims in countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan, and being themselves killed in the process by resistance freedom fighters (mujahideen).
After having previously been cleared of the more serious offence of possessing articles for a terrorist purpose, the 23-year old Samina Malik was the first female to be convicted of an offence under Section 58 of the new Terrorism Act 2000 which states that : « A person commits an offence if... he collects or makes a record of information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism » [The Times, November 17, 2007 : « Think no evil? Are you serious? » by Matthew Perry] after the Police found that she possessed what they regarded as “a library of terrorist training materials” which included <>, as well as an email which she had sent to a “terrorist suspect”.
Samina Malik used the pen name of « Lyrical Terrorist » and posted on the internet poems which related to freedom fighters (mujahideen) and martyrdom against, and the beheading of Western European kaffirs (unbelievers), clearly in the context of the latters’ invasion of majority Muslim countries and the killings of Muslims. Samina Malik was not convicted for her resistance poems, which the press call « Jihad poetry » [The Times, December 07, 2007 : « Muslim who wrote jihad poetry is spared prison » by Sean O’Neill], but her poems were used by the prosecution to show her beliefs and political leanings, which the jury used against her.

Perverse jury
The prosecution could not produce any evidence to show beyond doubt that Samina Malik was « a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism » as required under S58, but why did the jury convict her on 7th November 2007 by a majority of 10 to 1? In his report « Think no evil? Are you serious?», Matthew Perry said : « If Samina had been white I bet her counsel could have persuaded the jury that she was just a silly girl going through a phase. But Malik in her scarf came into court from the other side of a dark curtain where, in a world and a culture that we white British do not know, evil is believed to dwell. That was what convicted her. Her conviction thickens that curtain.»
Normally, a perverse jury is one which tends to ignore the presiding judge’s directions [Ref. Clive Ponting’s case 1985, and the Official Secrets Act]. Although there is no evidence that the jury ignored the judge’s directions in the case of Samina Malik, it does not prevent the jury from being perverse all the same. Matthew Perry makes it abundently clear in his report that, to all intents and purposes, the jury already had pre-conceived ideas against Samina because she is a Muslim and wears a hijaab. Although the extremist British politics of violent occupation and terror underlies this case, British justice is deaf to such politics as the presiding judge is bound by the jury’s decision and can only apply the law. However, Judge Peter Beaumont felt that Samina Malik was an enigma and he could only use his discretion in sentencing. The Judge said that the offence was “on the margin of what this crime concerns”, and gave her a nine month suspended sentence.
Imperialism and freedom of thought
It cannot be denied that Britain is an imperialist power which not only supports the racist and occupying state of Israel in mainly Muslim Palestine but which army of soldiers for some and terrorists for others are also occupying foreign lands and killing their predominantly Muslim people. Samina Malik’s resistance lyrics were clearly written in this context after she physically and mentally collected the materials upon which she has been convicted of « committing or preparing an act of terrorism ». All she did was putting on paper her thoughts based on the material she had collected. Similarly, « Cherie Blair's remarks about why Palestinians resort to terrorism », as stated by Matthew Perry, were entirely based on materials she had collected. « But Cherie and I do not wear headscarves or work at tills [like Samina] », Perry added [The Times, 7 Nov 07]
Britain is a country which is at war, and it cannot tolerate collection of materials and freedom of thought which undermines its military campaign. Imperialists have always used violence and murder, but they never like resistance. Hitler’s Germany, Stalin’s Russia have done exactly the same. Since Britain has effectively declared war on Muslims, Muslims are clearly the target. If the same materials were collected and the same lyrics written by a non-Muslim, the outcome would have been different. Karl Marx’s Das Capital and the Communist Manifesto of Marx & Engles preach revolution and Karl Marx is taught in British Universities. Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf is freely available and even studied and practised by many. Nicholas Machiavel teachings include « Violence is just when necessary », « If you can kill your enemy, do it ». Those materials which are clearly « of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism » do not fall within the ambit of the law on terrorism.
Conclusion
It is argued that it has not really been proven that Samina Malik was « committing or preparing an act of terrorism ». Yet she was convicted by a perverse jury because she is a Muslim who supports resistance against violent occupation and terror. Similarly, the racist Nick Griffin of the legal British National Party was acquitted twice by equally perverse juries for inciting hatred against Muslims because he is a non-Muslim. Whichever way one looks at it, Muslims in Europe are going through a phase of inquisition against them until they are subjugated through violence and repressive fascist laws where phone conversations are tapped, mails intercepted, people detained for long periods without charge, and more.
In his contribution to Sean O’Neill’s article, « Poetic shop assistant guilty of building library of terror », The Times 9 Nov 07, Mark of Chicago, Illinois said the following :
« Next we need to jail all those pesky chemical engineers, nuclear physicists, middle eastern history teachers and students, the owners of all the search engines (google especially), fiction writers, etc. Because they have all that dangerous knowledge, they don't seem to be using it.. yet.. but they certainly will. [..] Then we should outlaw everything dangerous from the civilian population, knives, guns, pointy sticks, cars, airplanes, gasoline, matches, lighters, etc. because anything is a weapon if you get down to it. The only things a civilian should be able to own is a christian bible (softback of course).. »
