Palestinian Mother and children murdered in Gaza by Israeli army terrorists
HAMAS stands for « Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiyya », meaning « Islamic Resistance Movement ». Hamas is listed as a terrorist organization by Canada, the European Union, Israel, Japan and the United States. Its 1988 Charter does not recognise the 1948 creation of Israel by violent squatting Jewish Europeans in Palestine, and calls for the reunification of the whole of Palestine.
The appeal against the refusal of “European of the Year” Tariq Ramadan to enter the United States was rejected by New York Judge Judge Paul A. Crotty on 20th December 2007 on the ground that Ramadan donated between 1998 and 2002 a sum of $1,336 to a Palestinian charitable organisation called « Association de Secours Palestinien » which supports Hamas, a Palestinian political party created in 1987 and elected in Janurary 2006 as the government of the Palestinian people with the task to free Palestine from Israeli occupation and terror through jihad (resistance or struggle). The Hamas Charter clearly states : « There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. »

Visa revocation
The original US visa was granted to Tariq Ramadan on 5th May 2004 to enable him to take up a tenured position at Notre Dame University, Indiana. He and his family had already rented an appartment in South Bend, Indiana. But his visa was revoked on 28th July 2004, one week before he was due to enter the US. No reason was given for the revocation at the time, but on 25th August 2004 a spokesman for the Department of Homeland Security gave the following reason to the press: « because of a section in federal law [meaning the Patriot Act] that applies to aliens who have used a ‘position of prominence within any country to endorse or espouse terrorist activity.’ » While still under the Homeland Security guillotine, on 16th September 2005 Ramadan made another visa application to attend conferences in the US but he received no reply.
Ramadan’s pro-Israel lawyers
The case to reverse the decision to exclude Tariq Ramadan from the US was brought in January 2006 by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU) against Michael Chertoff (Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security) and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
Looking closer into the matter, it is not farfetched to observe that this is an all Jewish pro-Israel affair as both the Plaintiffs and Defendants are mainly Jewish who support the occupation of and terror in Palestine by Jewish European squatters. Attorneys for the ACLU are Jameel Jaffer, Melissa Goodman, Lucas Guttentag and Judy Rabinovitz. The ACLU is said to be run and controlled by Jewish refugees from Nazi Germany. On the Defendants’ side, Michael Chertoff is the son of a rabbi and a long-time radical Zionist and Jewish supremacist. The US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is an Ethiopian Jewess and an extremist supporting Israel and its politics of occupation and terror, as well as supporting the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan . If Hamas has been declared a foreign terrorist organisation, it is precisely because of Israel and the Jewish lobby in the US.
In a court filing on 31st March 2006, the US government denied that Ramadan’s visa was revoked under the Patriot Act, but rather that it was revoked under an older statute under which the Secretary of State is empowered to revoke an alien’s visa at his discretion. However, U.S. District Judge Paul A. Crotty decided to ignore this court filing and nevertheless ruled that Tariq Ramadan was properly excluded by the US government under a subsequent 2005 “material support” laws with retroactive effect. The « Association de Secours Palestinien » is a lawful organisation in Europe, but in 2003 the Jewish-controlled Bush administration black listed the organisation in the US on the ground that it provided « material support » to Hamas, a duly elected Palestinian Party at odds with the Jewish squatters of Israel. Judge Crotty even went on to state that the 2005 “material support” laws were applicable retroactively to donations made to the Palestinian charitable organisation even when it was not blacklisted in the US. This is clearly a tyrannical and fascist ruling in a country which invented the term ‘islamo-fascism’ against Muslims.

Hamas has been elected to fight extremism and terrorism in order to free Palestine from occupation, but it has been branded a ‘terrorist organisation’ by none other than supporters of Israel, a monstrous squat created in 1948 in Palestine with the blessings of a Zionist-controlled United Nations by walking over the will of the Palestinian people and making them refugees and subject to ethnic cleansing by the Jewish-European squatters.
Tariq Ramadan should point out the billions of dollars used by the US and other West European countries to support the violent Israeli Squat compared to the meagre $1,300 donations he made to a lawful Palestinian charitable organisation subsequently wrongly blacklisted by the US. Should he not defend the Palestinian cause more energetically and condemn the extremism and terrorism of the militarily strong? Should he not campaign to declare Israel a Terrorist State? But he is not prepared to do that. Even his choice of lawyers to defend his visa case do tell a lot about him. When Tariq Ramadan declared, on his behalf and on behalf of his family, that « We had hoped to make the United States our home », when appealing against his visa revocation, it clearly demonstrates his true colours regarding freedom for Palestinians and Muslims under Zionist-US occupation. Tariq Ramadan is sucking for a US visa when the Zionists do not want him, for the time being. Why does he not suck to be allowed into Arabia where he is also banned?
Conclusion
Europeans who mistrust and dislike Tariq Ramadan refer to him, not as the son of Said Ramadan, but as the grandson of Hassan al-Banna (his maternal grandfather), who fought against British terrorism in Egypt, and who founded the Muslim Brotherhood in 1928 in an attempt to renew and revive Islam and islamic values which were undermined under British rule and corruption. As usual, Europeans branded the organisation a ‘terrorist’ organisation. But, contrary to the teachings of his grandfather, Tariq Ramadan is preaching Western European fascist values which are imposed upon Muslims through propaganda and media saturation, although good Muslims do not really want to hear him. If he is such a benefactor, why does he not go to India where there are over 150 million Muslims, or to Indonesia, Iran, Palestine and make those countries his ‘homes’? Why is he so obsessed with going to the US when he is unwanted by the US Zionist government? In time, the US government ban against Tariq Ramadan will be lifted because the Zionists do need him after all. His chosen lawyers will most probably make a deal with the Jewish lobby in the US administration.
